Nest is the all-in-one CRM for the independent annuity agent. One login can replace a separate CRM, email drafting tool, AI copy subscription, license tracker, calendar add-on, import script and document vault.
Nest is software published by Mule Digital LLC, a Michigan limited liability company. It is built for agents who run a book of annuity business across several tools that do not talk to each other: a CRM here, a rate tool there, a license tracker that lives in a spreadsheet. The glue is manual, the cost is real, and most of those tools were not built around the annuity agent.
So we built one login for the CRM, the annuity modeling tools, the license tracker, the signed-copy filing workflow, the vault, the AI-assisted mailer drafts, and the calendar. Not a generic CRM with an annuity tab bolted on - a platform that starts from the annuity agent's actual job and works outward from there.
We're carrier- and vendor-agnostic. You connect your own accounts (Salesforce today; DocuSign and AHIP are coming soon); you write through the carriers you already have. When you leave Nest, those accounts and contracts stay with you. The platform is the connector, not the gatekeeper.

We keep the core toolset the same on every plan.
AI Studio, the vault and license tracking are included on Solo and Pro. Higher tiers add volume and automations. Extra AI credits can be bought as a pack.
We ship the boring fix.
We aim to fix the unglamorous bug that breaks one workflow before we polish a screenshot. We do not promise fix dates.
