Answer for annuity producers
The best CRM for FIA, MYGA, and SPIA gives each line its own tool.
Most CRMs hand an annuity writer one generic deal pipeline. Nest maps each product line to a real tool you can open right now: FIA to point-in-time crediting backtests, MYGA to a rate ladder, and SPIA and income riders to a payout and income-rider calculator. Below, each claim links to the live tool, and the page is just as clear about what Nest does not do.

- Open Index AnalyzerFIAFixed indexed annuities
Index Analyzer runs point-in-time crediting backtests. It applies the cap, participation rate, or spread that was actually in effect at each period over a real index series, not today's rates projected backward. That distinction is the whole job on an FIA: a backtest that reuses current caps flatters the product. The output shows how a crediting method would have behaved through real up and down years.
Point-in-time caps, par, and spreads. Real index history. The estimate is labeled an estimate, never a carrier illustration.
- Open Rates terminalMYGAMulti-year guaranteed annuities
MYGA selling is a rate-and-term comparison. The Rates terminal lays out a rate ladder so you can line up guaranteed rates against surrender terms and find the spot on the curve that fits the client's time horizon. Pair it with the in-app annuity-vs-CD calculator when a client is weighing a CD against a 3, 5, or 7-year guarantee.

- Open Living Benefit CalculatorSPIAIncome annuities and income riders
Income is two questions. For immediate income, the in-app SPIA-payout calculator estimates the check a premium buys. For deferred income on an FIA or VA, the Living Benefit Calculator ranks GLWB and GMWB riders by guaranteed lifetime income, so you compare riders on the number the client cares about instead of marketing language. Use them together when a client is choosing between buying income now or turning it on later.

Built for replacements
A send path that fails closed.
Annuity selling lives and dies on suitability and replacement rules, so the compliance checks sit in the send path itself rather than in a checklist you can skip. A NAIC #613 and New York Reg 60 replacement send-gate is implemented and enforced in the approval path: it blocks a replacing send without a signed notice. Consent and TCPA suppression, eligibility across license, appointment, state, and line of business, and a kill-switch gate the same path. One STOP suppresses the org-wide and globally. State all-party recording rules are respected, with a fallback to dictation where auto-record is blocked.
The gate is enforced in the approval path. It does not claim to auto-detect every replacement end to end, so your suitability judgment still governs.
The honest part
What Nest does not do.
If a tool matters to your book and is not here, you should know before you buy.
- No live multi-carrier quoting API and no carrier count. Nest does not bind or quote against a carrier network. You can connect your own carrier portal logins through an encrypted credential vault to pull your in-force book, and Nest ingests rate data, but a published "we quote N carriers" number would be a number we cannot stand behind.
- No autonomous calling and no synthetic voice. Nothing here dials prospects on its own, answers the phone as a bot, or clones a voice. The in-app assistant is text-only and helps the advisor with tasks and notes. On a retiree annuity book, a client-facing autonomous voice agent is a Reg BI and state-suitability hazard we chose not to build.
- No client drip sequences out of the box. Automated cadences exist for recruiting outreach, not for client marketing campaigns. Client messaging is human-controlled and approval-gated.
