Integrations
Bring your own integrations. Take them with you.
Twilio, DocuSign, Google Calendar, AHIP, and your carrier feeds. You connect the accounts and Nest runs them as one workflow. When you leave, the accounts and credentials stay with you.
What Nest plugs into.
Salesforce, DocuSign, Google Calendar, Twilio, AHIP, and the carriers you already write with. Every one of them authenticates through your own account, so none of it is resold back to you at a markup.
Salesforce
Sync contacts and opportunities with your existing Salesforce org.
DocuSign
Send applications and policy paperwork from your own account.
Google Calendar
Two-way sync for meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
Twilio
Send SMS and place calls from your own Twilio account.
AHIP
Track Medicare certifications alongside your appointments.
Carrier feeds
Connect the carriers you write with - we never ship our own roster.
From the Terms of Service, §4.2
“Customer retains ownership of all third-party integration accounts connected to the Service. Upon termination, such accounts and their credentials remain with Customer.”
Read it in full at /legal/terms.
Carrier-agnostic
Nest doesn't ship with a carrier roster.
You write through the carriers you already have. Nest tracks the policies, statuses, and documents on your side - and you stay free to write what fits your client, rather than being steered toward a preferred roster. There is no marketplace fee on the carrier side, and agents remain contracted directly with each carrier they work with. Carrier integrations are prioritized by what agents ask for. Nest hasn't launched yet, so the request form reopens at launch.
