What the plans do and don't charge for.

The pricing above is the pricing. These are the limits and terms that sit behind it.

No setup fees. No onboarding fees.

No "implementation specialist" calls. You sign up and start working the same day.

No per-action AI surcharges.

AI Studio usage is metered in monthly credits. Your plan's credit count is the limit. Extra credits can be bought as a pack; packs are non-refundable and non-transferable. We don't bill per email, per draft or per rewrite.

No data exit fees.

CSV export is built and costs nothing. Export from Settings while your subscription is active and for a limited period after it ends, as set out in the Terms. After that period we may delete your data.

No seat-count minimum. Cancel any time.

Monthly plans have no minimum term. An annual plan is a one-year term, paid up front, that renews automatically until you cancel. All fees are non-refundable. Your book stays in force at the carriers - your data exports clean, on the day you ask.

Storage is capped by plan.

Contacts, policies and messages are not metered per record. Document vault storage is capped at 5 GB on Solo and 25 GB on Pro.

Answers to the questions agents ask first.

What's the difference between Solo and Pro?

Mostly volume. The core toolset is the same on both. Pro carries 6× the AI Studio credits (1,500/mo vs 250/mo), 5× the vault storage (25 GB vs 5 GB), and it is the only plan with automations. Pick Pro if you lean on the AI daily, keep a large document library or want automations; Solo covers the rest of the product.

If I switch between monthly and annual, what happens to what I've paid?

Switching from monthly to annual starts a new annual term right away. The unused part of your current paid month is applied as a one-time courtesy credit toward that charge. It is a credit on the new invoice, not a refund. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect when your annual term ends, and fees already paid are non-refundable.

Is there a refund policy?

All fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable, including partial periods, unused time, downgrades and credit packs. Plans renew automatically until you cancel; canceling stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. The full Refund & Cancellation Policy is at /legal/refunds.

Can I get a tool built for a system you don't support?

Custom work is quoted per project rather than sold as an add-on, and a request is not a commitment to build. Send the request from Settings, Integrations (the Request integration link) and we will reply with a quote or tell you we cannot do it.

What does bring-your-own integrations mean?

Every integration in Nest uses your own vendor account. Salesforce is the only integration live today; others are planned and not available. You manage billing with each vendor directly, and Nest never marks them up.

Can I buy Nest today?

Yes. Choose a plan, create your account and pay by card through Stripe Checkout. There is no free trial. The price, billing interval, automatic renewal and the no-refund policy are shown before you pay.

What happens if I cancel?

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price until you cancel. Cancel any time in Settings > Billing or by emailing hello@nestannuity.com. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and you keep access until then. All fees are non-refundable, including partial periods, unused time and downgrades. Annual plans bill 12 months in advance and renew for another 12 months. Your policies stay in force at the carrier; they are independent of Nest. You can export your records from Settings while your subscription is active and for a limited period after it ends, as set out in the Terms of Service. After that period we may delete your data.
