Common questions
What's the difference between Solo and Pro?
Both are single-seat plans for independent agents. Pro is for higher volume - you get 6× the AI Studio credits (1,500/mo vs 250/mo) and 5× the vault storage (25 GB vs 5 GB). Pick Pro if you lean on automation or have a larger document library.
Why does Team / IMO require 5 seats minimum?
The Team plan unlocks the full multi-agent hierarchy (FMO → IMO → MGA → agency → agent), admin panel, bulk NIPR sync, and per-seat invite codes. Below five seats the hierarchy doesn't earn its keep - Solo or Pro is the right fit instead.
Does AI Studio share credits across the team?
No. Team plans grant 3,000 AI credits per seat per month. Credits are per-seat, not pooled - every agent gets their own monthly allowance so a heavy user can't drain the team.
How does vault storage work for teams?
Vault storage on Team plans is pooled. Each seat contributes 50 GB to a shared pool, so a 10-seat team has 500 GB across all agents. Solo and Pro vault storage is per-seat only.
What does bring-your-own integrations actually mean?
Every integration in Nest - Twilio voice/SMS, DocuSign e-sign, NIPR licensing sync, Google Calendar, AHIP - uses your own vendor account. You manage billing with each vendor directly, and Nest never marks them up. We just orchestrate them inside the platform.
Can I try Nest before paying?
Sign in and pick 'Try demo' on the paywall - you'll see a full dashboard populated with a generic demo carrier network and sample data. Nothing about that data is real or shared from anyone else.
What happens if I cancel?
Your policies stay in force at the carrier - they're independent of Nest. You'll lose access to the platform, but you can export your book, leads, and commissions to CSV before you go.
