Common questions
What's the difference between Solo and Pro?
Both are for independent agents. Solo is one seat; Pro covers up to 5 seats at one flat per-seat price. Pro is also for higher volume - you get 6× the AI Studio credits (1,500/mo vs 250/mo) and 5× the vault storage (25 GB vs 5 GB). Pick Pro if you lean on automation, have a larger document library, or work with an assistant.
How is Team / IMO priced?
Per role, per seat, with no platform fee and no seat-count minimum - the only requirement is one full-stack seat for the person who owns the workspace. An agent seat is $49.99, an agent with the advanced AI tools is $89.99, and a full-stack seat - wholesaler, manager, admin or owner - is $199.00. Your invoice is the sum of the seats you actually have, plus any per-seat add-ons. Use the estimator above to price your own mix.
When do seats I add mid-month start costing money?
On your next invoice, at the full monthly price. Adding a seat on the 20th costs nothing for the rest of that period, and removing one gives no mid-cycle refund - the reduced amount simply shows up next time. Seat changes are never prorated in either direction. Switching between monthly and annual billing is the one exception: changing the interval settles the period you already paid for, so that invoice carries proration lines.
Can I get a tool built for a system you don't support?
Yes, and it is quoted per project rather than sold per seat. Nest has not launched, so requests open with it - sign up and we will scope it with you then. Once you are inside, Team admins file the request from the billing page so it is tracked against the account.
Does AI Studio share credits across the team?
No. Credits are per seat and never pooled, so one heavy user can't drain the team. Every billed seat includes 1,000 AI credits a month, and you can add 1,000, 2,000 or 3,000 more to any individual seat for $9.99, $19.99 or $29.99 per month. Top up the two people who need it without paying for everyone.
How does vault storage work for teams?
Vault storage on Team plans is pooled. Each seat contributes 50 GB to a shared pool, so a 10-seat team has 500 GB across all agents. Solo and Pro vault storage is per-seat only.
What does bring-your-own integrations mean?
Every integration in Nest - Twilio voice/SMS, DocuSign e-sign, Google Calendar, AHIP - uses your own vendor account. You manage billing with each vendor directly, and Nest never marks them up. We orchestrate them inside the platform.
Can I buy Nest today?

What happens if I cancel?
Once Nest is live: your policies stay in force at the carrier - they are independent of Nest. You would lose access to the platform, but you can export your book, leads, and commissions to CSV before you go.
