Annuity suitability & compliance

Compliant outbound, gated before it leaves.

Annuity work sits on Reg BI, state suitability, NAIC #613 / NY Reg 60 replacement, and per-state recording-consent rules. Nest enforces those at the moment of send: consent and TCPA suppression, license-and-appointment eligibility, org-wide opt-out, state-aware recording, and a replacement send-gate that hard-blocks until a signed notice exists. Every gate is fail-closed and a person stands behind every client message. The controls below each expand to the definition. This is not legal advice; your counsel owns the policy.

The gates

What stops a non-compliant message before it sends.

Each gate runs in the send path and is fail-closed: on a missing input or a read error it denies, rather than letting the message through.

The position

Human-in-the-loop is the default, on purpose.

Client-facing outbound in Nest is human-controlled and approval-gated. A person reviews and releases the message that goes to a client. There is no autonomous calling, no synthetic voice contacting your book, and no system sending recommendations on its own.

For an annuity book this is a feature, not a limitation. Reg BI puts a best-interest judgment on a licensed person at the time of the recommendation, and replacement rules turn a single send into a documented event. Putting an autonomous voice in front of a retiree is a suitability and replacement hazard, so Nest does not. Software here assists the producer; it does not contact your clients on its own.
