Yes. Each seat carries a parent, so you can model FMO to IMO to MGA to agency to producer as a tree. Compensation rollups, record scope, and reporting all read from that hierarchy. Override percentage and parent are set when a seat is invited, so a new agent lands at the right level instead of flat.

How granular is access control for a downline?

There are six built-in roles: owner, admin, manager, agent, wholesaler, and viewer. On top of those, 40 fine-grained capabilities across 8 domains can be set per role org-wide and then overridden on a single seat. Manager scope follows the hierarchy: a manager reads their downline's book, pipeline, and recruiting, and an agent works their own. Scope is resolved at the data layer, not by a UI filter.

Yes. The wholesaler role is a distribution-partner portal to share products, materials, and intel with the agents you assign, without occupying a producer seat in your book. It is scoped to what a distribution partner should touch and nothing further.

Yes. Set comp grids and override percentages per level, and commission rolls up the hierarchy. Forecasting projects expected payouts from policies already booked. Payouts run as ACH/NACHA batches and are tracked on a ledger per agent and per level.

As your downline grows, the org plumbing grows with it without a separate enterprise contract.

You can connect your own carrier-portal logins to pull your in-force book. Credentials are held in an encrypted vault and custom URLs are SSRF-guarded. This is a connect-your-logins capability you turn on, not a live multi-carrier quoting feed, and Nest publishes no carrier count.

Does the platform call or close for our agents automatically?

Accepted Answer

No. There is no autonomous cold-calling, no synthetic voice, and no outreach that runs without a person. Outreach, calls, and messaging campaigns are human-controlled and approval-gated. There is a single advisor-side AI helper for drafting tasks and notes, and that is the only place it appears. For a regulated annuity book, keeping a licensed human in the loop is a deliberate design choice, not a missing feature.
